Talking and sharing our stories helps us feel more connected. And, discovering creative ways to connect ourselves to the outside world can be such a relief! The clients who most connect with me want help making their lives bigger and more fulfilling, have a sense of humor, and value their relationships with themselves, with others and with the world around us. My areas of expertise include OCD, Anxiety, pet loss, and depression. I have extensive experience working within the LGBTQ community, and have a particular interest in working with partners of trans, GNC, NB, and gender-exploring people.
Some of my specialized training includes:
- Certificate from International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Intensive for treatment of OCD
- Certificate from the University of Massachusetts Integrated Behavioral Health Program
And finally, in over twenty years I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including private practice, community health, primary care, and acute in-patient hospitals.
