Part of the work in therapy is to clarify what is important to you. It is also about learning ways to find and keep those things in your life. Values guide this process. For this reason, I share the values that guide my practice with you. I hope that these values align with yours.
In addition to my commitment to continuing my work as an antiracist person and therapist, I am also committed to the core values of the social work profession. These values are: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. The importance of valuing the humanity of all people is integral to my practice.
Whether you want to work on a single concern or are looking for a longer term therapist. I am here to help. I’m looking forward to talking with you.
