I am a therapist because the world can be a hard place to be if you are having a difficult time in it. As a result, I commit myself to making therapy a productive experience and will help you to understand yourself better. My clinical interests include the effects addiction can have on you and your loved ones, intimate partner violence, the impact of invalidating caregivers, violence and institutional oppression. I have expertise working with people who have addiction, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and folks who are dealing with life transitions. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ people and have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ folks and their loved ones in addiction recovery.
Some of her training includes:
- University of Chicago Contextual Behavioral Therapy Fellowship
